Morning yoga to awaken dormant energy, evening sessions on conscious breathing and body awareness.
Step 3 – Understanding (Day 4–5)
“The Language of Energy”
Learn how energy moves through the body, blending pranayama with dynamic meditations. Evening talk: “Love, Desire, and the Spiritual Path.”
Step 4 – Connection (Day 6–7)
“Sacred Touch & Trust”
Partner meditations, eye-gazing, and guided touch exercises to connect without words. Understanding boundaries and consent as gateways to intimacy.
Step 5 – Complexity (Day 8–9)
“Tantric Flow”
Gentle, fully clothed practices that combine breath, movement, and sound to circulate life-force energy (kundalini). Deep relaxation through guided tantric meditation.
Step 6 – Relaxation (Day 10–11)
“Melting into Being”
Meditation in nature — riverside in Rishikesh, pine forests in Kasol, or ocean waves in Arambol. Afternoon yoga nidra for emotional release.
Step 7 – Opening (Day 12)
“Heart Expansion”
Cacao ceremony or herbal tea ritual, dancing meditation, and chanting to open the heart space.
Step 8 – Intention (Day 13)
“Sacred Union Within”
Solo tantric practices to harmonize masculine and feminine energies inside yourself.
Step 9 – New Normal (Day 14–15)
“Integration & Rebirth”
Sharing circle, gratitude meditation, and river/ocean offering. Learn how to take conscious intimacy and awareness into daily life.
